Attitude

We would like someone who is: Preferably 18-26 Proficient at Guitar/Bass and Singing Harmonies/Backup Playing Keys is a Huge Plus! Producing Experience even Bigger Plus!! Quick Learner Has Transportation Competent Professional Gear Enough time to dedicate to Writing/Rehearsals/Preforming Great attitude with an open mind to most genres of music Especially the idea of being a mainstream band Confident in their financial situation to pitch in money when needed for serious endeavors Cares about Style and Appearance and understands we must look like one unit Things We Definitely Don't Want: Someone who spits on anything that's popular/on the radio who is unreliable and can't show up on time who can't handle only singing backup We are very serious about what we do! This band is our biggest priority and we need it to be yours too. That doesn't mean it's not fun though! That's why we play music in the first place. It's what we want to do for the rest of our lives. We just have an understanding that it takes hard work and dedication. We already have a lot of the hard work done though!

Influences

We are an Alternative/Pop/Rock band located In Los Angeles County with many influences across the board (Some have said similar to Imagine Dragons, OneRepublic, Foster The People, Coldplay etc.) but we are missing a 5th member to our lineup to reach the full sound we are looking for.

Equipment

We have an EP that we will be releasing very soon. I have included a link to a sample of it at the bottom of this post. We also have a manager who now currently works for Atom Factory and has worked with artists such as Lorde, John legend, RHCP, Tom Morello, The Roots, Danger Mouse etc. We have every major social media platform up and going with a good start on facebook even though it is currently under construction due to us changing our name from PalmTreeParty to CloudTalk. But our biggest platform is Vine with over 105,000 followers and counting! We have a good network with a lot of the bigger "viners" and our planning some big collaborations in the near future. We are about ready to be out playing shows anywhere and everywhere to build our performance and get our name out there so we can then play bigger venues with built in crowds like, The Satellite, The Bootleg, School Nights etc. During that time our manager should be passing around our EP to some of the labels and inviting some industry friends to come out and see us.
