Needing to fill this position ASAP!__ I am looking to fill a Keyboardist spot for my Show/Dance Cover (horn) band, Cordova.__ Please be a seasoned keyboardist with experience performing Motown, Soul, Funk, R&B, Blues, Jazz and Michael McDonald songs from the 60s, 70s and 80s.__ Cordova will be performing at corporate and private events, non-profit events, galas, fundraisers, country/yacht clubs, theaters, special events, concerts, festivals and a few weddings.__ Please know… the band is in the rehearsal stage of working on show tunes, but also in the process of booking shows starting in May.__ Things to know about Cordova: 1) We are not a bar band. 2) We are a primarily a horn band, but may do some shows with just the rhythm section and vocalists. 3) It is not my goal for the band to play outdoor shows unless the weather is good enough for such, as I have asthma and have to be careful playing outdoors because of that. 4) We are based out of the Kansas City, MO. 5) Rehearsals are held in Edgerton, MO__ Estimated rate of pay to start out at $200-250 per band member for a 3-hr show. This will increase as time goes on. Some shows, like weddings, will pay as much $750 per member, if not more. Ultimately, a minimum of $500 or more per band member per show is the goal and performing 6 to 8 shows per month.__ We are a high-caliber band with seasoned musicians, so you need to be one as well!__ Please...
