Attention: ALL street performers, subway performers, music students, pre-professional musicians, talented singers and musicians who love pop music, rock, heavy metal, classic rock AND classical music! Everyone that can read and write music! Everyone who don't know how to read and write music! Everyone who is not busy and don't have a steady gig! Musicians of all different races and ethnicities! Men and women! Age range 14-65! Everyone who loves music! I am looking for musicians to volunteer to form a pop-rock band for a special project. It is a temporary assignment (less than 9 months) that requires recording a soundtrack and performing for a few days. The performance will be posted worldwide on YouTube. Right now I have on my ipod: Broadway music, classical music, Adult Contemporary (Celine Dion, Elton John, Seal), Bollywood, Country music, Hip Hop (JayZ, Eminem), Jazz (Ella Fitzgerald is my favorite), Latin Pop (Ricky Martin is my favorite), New Age (Enya is my favorite), Pop (top 40 Billboard - BTS, Harry Styles, Lady Gaga, etc), R&B (Aretha Franklin, Maxwell), Reggae (Bob Marley, Sean Paul), ALOT of Rock music (Incubus, U2, Revis, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac, Aerosmith, Heart, Sheryl Crow, Elvis), K-pop music, The Purple Rain Soundtrack. HOWEVER!, Rock music has gone underground and I want to 1- bring Rock music back to the mainstream consciousness and 2- use pop/rock music in a way it hasn't been used in decades!
