Dinner King (working title) is a new Bass-and-Drum driven alt-rock/post-punk project. With no guitar, there will be freedom for ideosyncratic grooves and rhythms as well as versitile textures and harmony to back them up. Songs can go from funky and fun to proggy and heavy when you least expect it. Always adventurous, never boring. THIS peace all true warriors strive for. I'm here to build a creative collective, not to climb an industry ladder. If you're excited for artistic invention and don't take yourself too seriously, let me know! I'm looking for: - A drummer with deep pocket, love of complexity, and bent on serving the song over all else. Big bonus if you have an electronic kit! - A keyboardist/synth player who can add harmony, atmosphere, or whatever the song calls for. - A vocalist (optional, but ideal) capable of harnessing the band's unique energy and wrap the audience up in it. And I can focus on bass!
