Attitude
Adaptable, experimental, collaborative. I am still gearing up for gigs, but in the mean time I'd like to start writing and performing as part of a group. I took 10 years of classical piano lessons in my childhood (up until I graduated from high school). I'm out of practice compared to then, but I'd say I have a good foundation to build up my skills to the point I need to perform the sort of music I like to write. I made a casual video of myself improvising so you can see where I am as of June 2016 - see s://./watch?v=MhwmmxJSz9g.
Influences
I listen to a lot of metal music, but I also take trips into other genres, like progressive rock, electronica, and even some classical music lately. A few bands/musicians that resemble even vaguely my plans: Bal-Sagoth, Sigh, Whourkr, Mithras, Devin Townsend, Samael, Autechre, etc.
