I want to start a post-hardcore / pop punk band. I come from a punk/alt rock background, doing vocals, guitar and songwriting. I can send samples upon request, but i dont post them here because they dont reflect what i want to play, but what i have been doing.
Influences
My current influences are: BFMV, Sences Fail, Capture the Crown, ADTR, BMTH, Beartooth, Sleeping with Sirens, Escape the Fate, Pierce the Veil, Of Mice and Men, Finch, Miss May I, Parkway Drive. and of course Deftones, RATM and SOAD. However i confess that i like catchy melodies bordering pop. Like Sum 41, Blink 182, Muse, Linkin Park, New Found Glory, Offspring and such.
