I've worked in the music industry for 20+ years and still love it. From conducting new music ensembles, playing in pit orchestras, arranging music for film shorts, playing live in small venues (200 people) to festivals (10,000 people) and everything in between. I'm still loving it. If there is music happening I'd like to be a part of it.
