Experienced and versatile bass player available, 30+ years experience, for local covers/tribute bands. I’m quite possibly the best rock bass player you’ve ever played with :-) I usually play music daily, often working on recordings of original or cover songs, but have been out of the live scene for a while. Can sing backups and harmonies as well, and also play guitar (very well), keyboards (very basic) and misc other string instruments if needed. Could really nail a John Paul Jones role if you need that type of versatility. Looking forward to getting out again and playing with a group. Open to many styles -- favorites include: 60s Rock: Beatles, Stones, Zeppelin, Hendrix, etc 70s rock: Eagles, Tom Petty, Aerosmith, Kiss, etc Grunge Era: Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, STP, etc Classic Electric Blues: Muddy Waters, Albert King, Freddie King, Albert Collins I also enjoy practically any selection of band-friendly fun popular songs, as long as the set is designed to energize an audience
