Hi all -- I'm Dave, 34yo, and looking for an awesome rock band. My influences include everything from Hendrix, Beatles, John Coltrane and Miles Davis to the Ramones, Black Sabbath, Green Day, Nirvana, Billy Idol, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Black Keys, etc. People consider me to be quite an accomplished guitarist, and I'd like to find a strong group of musicians -- really solid singer, bassist, and drummer. I do work full-time, but it's a good schedule so I'm available evenings and weekends to play. I'd like to play some big NY clubs and do some recording. Please get in touch if you need a strong guitarist for a strong band -- I'm equally versed at rhythm and lead guitar. I can send MP3 files with my guitar playing. I prefer garage/alt/punk/grunge with some funk/blues thrown in, rather than metal/hard rock. I also like jamming the blues.
